Our house, your home

We attach great importance to providing the necessary comfort. A basic supply of dry food is always available in the pantry. Please replenish the stock accordingly after use.

If you see a black cat during your visit, please say hello to "Matou." He was the previous owners' cat and is now being cared for by the neighbors, but he'd love to visit his former home again.

Rich history

Dating back to 1870, the house is located in the hamlet of La Condemaine in the municipality of Alluy. Nestled in the foothills of the Morvan, it is surrounded by a beautiful 1-hectare landscaped garden.

A breathtaking view of the rolling countryside and an impressive orchid field in spring will captivate you. Unique bird songs and a magnificent starry sky complete the picture. And with a bit of luck, you might even spot a deer, badger, or wild boar! Ample parking is available across from the house.

COMFORT

The house and its rooms

The house has three bedrooms and can accommodate up to six people. The king-size beds measure 1.80m by 2m and are equipped with duvets, pillows, and cotton sateen sheets. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom where the bed can be split into two single beds if desired. Adjacent to this room on the same floor is a shower, sink, and toilet.

Upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms: one master bedroom and a smaller second bedroom. A spacious bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower, a toilet, and built-in wardrobes complete this floor. In the summer, these two bedrooms can be cooled with air conditioning. Be sure to take the time to enjoy a bath and soak in the magnificent view of the landscape!

Additionally

The house also features a fully equipped kitchen and living room, underfloor heating, a wood-burning stove, and a smart TV. A 5G connection ensures super-fast internet. A washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are also available.

Adjacent to the house is a spacious terrace with a stunning view of the garden. Everything you need for a delicious barbecue is provided. Relax in the lounge chairs and enjoy the breathtaking starry sky in the evening!

Several sheds are attached to the house, which we kindly ask to keep private.

Alluy is located in the Nièvre department within the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Nièvre is situated in the southwestern part of Burgundy and is an area rich in greenery and water. Nevers is the largest city in this department.

To the west, the department is bordered by the Loire River. In the southwest lies the beautiful Bec d'Allier area, where the Loire and Allier rivers meet. To the east, you will find the vast Morvan Natural Park.
